Return Policy
Customer may return any products purchased from www.savermall.com within 30 days from day of purchase. Customer may request for a replacement product or refund. 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return.
- There is absolutely NO refund for car audio products that have been installed.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages.
- All damages that occur in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise any request for return based on damage may be rejected at the discretion of Discounts Jungle management.
Items with Manufacturer's Defect
- There is absolutely NO refund for car audio products that have been installed. If the unit is defective, we can accept for repair only. Proof of professionally installation is required. Please verify that the unit is compatible with your vehicle before ordering.
- Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
- If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 10% processing fee applied to your return.
- Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
- Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without the RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
How to return an item?
- Call (toll free)1-877-9768686 to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and shortly describe the return reason.
- Return must be like in a new condition. Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories, or if a return is made without an RMA number.
- All returns must be received by Savermall within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
- Savermall accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
- You are responsible for all freight charges.
